We really hate saying no to our clients that need their hair desperately done. So if you have an appointment scheduled and need to cancel/modify/postpone for ANY reason; Kindly give us a 48 hour notice. So we can accommodate others. Otherwise a 20% fee shall be applied to your next appointment. Any no show/no call will be subject to a 50% fee charged to the card on file.
